Let’s begin our journey in Gamla Stan, Stockholm's Old Town, where cobbled streets and colourful buildings transport us back in time. The tour ends in front of the Royal Palace, so we can attend the Changing of the Guard ceremony.

You’ll have free time to enjoy the city at your own pace. Enjoy a stroll along Drottninggatan, the shopping street of Stockholm or indulge yourself in a traditional Swedish fika (coffee break) at a cozy cafe, where you can sample delicious pastries and mingle with locals. Free Time in Stockholm
Today is free to spend as you wish! Stockholm has endless museums and sites to visit, from the Royal Palace to the City Hall with its unique National Romantic Style, where the Nobel prize dinner and ball is still held every year. Of course, you can’t go to Sweden without hearing of Abba and their dedicated museum on Djurgården island. If you’re looking for something older, that island also host the Vasa Museum, entirely dedicated to this nearly intact ship from the 17th century. Finally, if you’re more interested in Swedish Nature and History, don’t miss the Skansen open-air museum with its Scandinavian Zoo where you can observe buffalos, moose, reindeers and other polar creatures.
